Browne’s Rich Chocolate Fudge produces of some of the finest chocolate fudge in Ireland.

Developed from passion for quality and natural ingredients, Lindy Browne – creator of Browne’s -  has been making her unique Chocolate Fudge for over 10 years.

Being mum to six little ‘fudge and chocolate fanatics’ Lindy decided to create a treat that was not only richer in cocoa than sugar, but would also contain only natural ingredients. Several experiments (and one or two disasters) later, she came up with Browne’s Original Chocolate Fudge  –  initially referred to as ‘More Please’ for obvious reasons!

With her critical team of six quality control ‘experts’ Lindy continued experimenting with  higher cocoa levels, natural oils and a wider variety of flavours. In fact, her experiments resulted in 48 mouthwatering flavours that rapidly became impossible to keep secret!  Soon, family, colleagues and friends (and even friends she’s never met!) began asking her to make her chocolate fudge for all variety of  occasions – from girl’s nights in, children’s parties, to weddings and special birthday, anniversary and Christmas celebrations.

In 2010 Lindy moved to the beautiful town of Kenmare, County Kerry, and within weeks had set up a stall on the local farmers market. She offered tasters to everyone that passed by and within two hours had completely sold out!

Browne’s now sells at farmers’ markets and traditional craft and food fairs around Ireland. Browne’s also provides tailor-made favours, gift boxes and trays for weddings,  birthdays, corporate events, and children’s parties as well as online sales in Europe and the USA.
